At the time it was brand new and fully furnished. Parquet all over the place (except bathroom), independent hot water heater which also provided water to the powerful radiators, double glazing on wooden windows. The house is not wet at all, unlike many other places in Imola. There is an internal parking area, but it was not included, so I had to park at the closest free parking, 300m away from the house. The place is perfect for a couple, and the landlord, although very reserved, is kind and always available.
