I've never rented in such an amazing space.

Location was amazing... just steps from the TTC, tones of local shops, restaurants, bakeries etc... Our landlord, Ed, was absolutely the best landlord I've ever had. He was always just a phone call or text message away. Incredibly responsive, and he genuinely cared about the flat, and his tenants level of comfort. He's also very handy, and quick to fix little things here and there. The apartment was stunning, with exposed brick, and very comfortably regulated heating and air conditioning. I lived there almost 5 years, and only moved out because I ended up purchasing a property. If the property hadn't come up, I would still be living there now. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent a flat!
